in my case llvm18 give errors (mesa oibaf) however if anyone stay interested i use Ernst Persson ppa (driver appear around 5 hours ago for noble and mantic):

NEWS: * Now with new NVK driver nouveau_experimental * Now with LLVM 16! The PPA originally started to enable the AMD ACO feature, but now it's simply bleeding edge Mesa. The PPA is controlled by these scripts, so if you have an idea you can send me a pull request! https://github.com/ernstp/ppa-mesarc I'm running the scripts manually though. Report any issues straight here: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/issues

    and now 24.2-dev work

Anyone know if it's expected for Luxmark not to work at this point? Hangs at compiling compute kernel.

Hopefully Rusticl will be the default OpenCL driver as the Clover version is in stale state.

Any news on rusticl support for any Intel graphics on the crocus drivers?

(Sandy Bridge for example was famously declared to have pending opencl support, but then never did.)
