As of late there's been an increasing effort to get OpenGL ES 3.2 working for Mesa. Overnight, another OpenGL ES 3.2 extension was put in place.

Ilia Mirkin added GL_OES_gpu_shader5 and GPU_EXT_shader5 support to core Mesa yesterday, which largely come down to the same extension. The GL_OES_gpu_shader5 extension is mandated by OpenGL ES 3.2 and now with Mesa Git is supported by all of the Mesa drivers supporting GL_ARB_gpu_shader5. GL_ARB_gpu_shader5 on the desktop side is supported by OpenGL 4.0+ drivers.
