More Intel Skylake Graphics Fixes Make It Into Linux 4.5

A rather large DRM fixes pull request landed tonight in hoping to address graphics driver issues with Intel's latest-generation Skylake hardware.

DRM subsystem maintainer David Airlie wrote, "This is a bit larger than Id like, but I asked the Intel guys to pull in some Skylake fixes in the possibly vain hope that Skylake might be more functional now that I'm seeing production hardware shipping. For i915, it's mostly the same patch in a few places, making sure the [hardware] doesn't turn off when we are programming it."

The DRM-fixes pull landed. There are also Nouveau fixes and AMDGPU DRM fixes as outlined via the links above.
