Help: howto test different drives / partitions / filesystems?

I've used "run disk" but it only seems to test the "/" partition. How can I test different drives / partitions / filesystems?

/home/pts/.phoronix-test-suite/installed-tests/bonnie/bonnie

is a file which contains the line that is executed in the bonnie benchmark. So simply edit where the scratch dir is and it should just work.

But it would be worth knowing wether there is a better method. Are the benhmarks made to use the folder that you are currently in as the scratch dir?

That seems to work for bonnie standalone, but not for bonnie in PTS.
