Feature request: resolution selection on suites

Can we please have a resolution option added to the graphics suites? 1024x768 doesn't push the hardware enough. Also it would be nice to disable sound so that we can see the impact of of it.

Fixed in git (but not tomorrow's beta2) all test suites should now be using $VIDEO_WIDTH and $VIDEO_HEIGHT to run at the system's native resolution rather than 1024 x 768. The exception is ut2004-demo due to limitations with that test.
