Cyberlink have just announced their software available for linux as of now, is this why their are rumours around for accellerated video support in linux as of this month possibly?

If so then things are just about to get very fun to watch!!!!

i bought a 4870 just for this reason. i hope it happens!
even if it's just the codec. I have lots of ripped x264 stuff that is stutery as there's no hardware acceleration
