Help on a wireless PCI adapter

I want to buy an inexpensive b/g PCI card, and it should also work well with linux(preferably without having to install firmware or use ndiswrapper).

Any Suggestions?

Maybe go for USB as it is more easy to find the optimal postition without buying extra antenna.
