How to set computer speed policy?

Anyone know how can I get the "computer speed policy" to appear in gnome's power management?

I'm not sure which package do I need to install :\

What distribution do you use?

It's part of the gnome-applets package on Gentoo. I dont know about other distributions though.

Thanks, I found the applet that does it.

Gnome just used to have that setting in Power Management but they moved it exclusively to the applet.
