what am i missing from 'missing plugin' puzzle piece

some of the reviews or articles have videos in them, what is the file format and where is the download link? all i get here is a window that says missing plugin and a puzzle piece.

for a site that supports opensource and linux, i would expect to easily find a link to download the video in theora format.
