suspend to ram problems with 2.6.21

Hey guys,

who of you has also problems with suspend to ram since 2.6.21 kernels? With 2.6.20.X everything is okay, my ThinkPad Z61m (mob Radeon X1400) supends nice and resumes well with fglrx 8.31, 8.35 and 8.36. Since 2.6.21 it hangs on suspend - I can only hard-reboot :(

A semi-solution seems to be not to load the fglrx module, so DRI and stuff is disabled...

Well, open-source is no option for me, as my X1400 is not supported :(

suspend-to-ram is still broken with 8.37.6.

Could it be related to tickless kernel option?
