Hello,
Newbie question:
I have 5 CDs containing a Linux 64 bits distro. All CDs are ISO images.
How can i integer the newest Kernel (from www.kernel.org) into the CDs so that the installation process will use this newest kernel?
Thanks

that depends on the distribution.
it's not easy. i suggest installing the distro and then upgrading the kernel on installed system. or looking for updated install cds.

What problems are you having? I'm guessing there might be a bootcode or two that could work around those
I use live-helper for creating test images with a specific kernel. Of course you need em as Debian packages - best in your own repository.
