The vertical refresh options in the CCCLE don't seem to produce the desired effects. On an On unless app. specifies turn it on globally, while Off and Off unless app. specifies turn it off globally; the in between options do not work and vsync is forced on/off regardless of individual application settings. Anyone experiencing similar issues?
