The mirrors are still syncing but on some mirrors the Live CD's are already available for download. No delta iso's this time to go from Alpha 3 to Beta 1 as they have switched the rpm payload from bzip to lzma to increase installation speed (doing so has allowed for install times to be cut in half).
One mirror with the live CD's and the torrents for the full DVD's can be found here. (the torrents are up but won't be seeded until most of the mirror sync is done)
