Choice of mirror

Michael, would it be possible to add a choice of mirror to download from on some of the larger downloads such as Specview. The current mirror listed there is slow as heck compared to the other mirrors. I realize that this is dependent on local which is why a choice of mirror would be nice. Utilizing the current url in the Specview module makes it a 19 hour affair for me (and I assume others as well) when other links are capable of downloading it in less then 15 minutes.

PTS Trondheim already supports downloading from random/multiple mirrors :) It's in use right now for the default audio file. I just haven't added in a list of SPEC mirrors yet. Do you have a list off hand and I can easily add them in.
