Arch breaks with updates every now and then. systemd transition is enough for me to steer clear. openSUSE is very buggy. KDE builds may be better...

Yup, Totem is just bad, Ubuntu has VLC in repos and you can install Chrome from chrome.google.com. And don't be kidding yourself. KDE 3 was good,...
