    Then the one after Ice Lake is supposed to be Tiger Lake. That one is supposed to be boring.

    Then after that, Sapphire Rapids in 2020. There's all kinds of rumors about Sapphire. It's supposed to have fixes for Meltdown and Spectre. It's supposedly going to drop all 16 and 32 bit compatibility modes and just begin executing in 64-bit protected mode. It's supposed to be a 7nm process and run at 5 GHz using no power at all. :-)
