So no chances at all this would make it to 18.04 this late? Maybe 18.04.1?

No chances of course, as this won't be even released in months (this is just candidate or somewhat promise point that ABI won't be broken anymore) let alone some stabilization process But for LTS-HWE path it would appear probably somewhere next year, something like 3 months after 18.10.

Changelog says: "I expect to push these out roughly weekly as things stabilize. With any luck RC3 will be the final release candidate, with the actual release around March 20."

I know, but i believe in history more than in promises and history says 2+ months

Some people like debianxfce even think that "if something is in git - it is already released"

Also Ubuntu 18.04 LTS should be frozen today (they stops importing from Debian on this point), so not a single chance anymore Well, only if they decide to prolonged it to 18.06 because of Meltdown/Spectre or whatever like that reason, but that happened only once long ago for the brown 6.06...

Ubuntu frozen, also means Debian Sid total unfrozen... so i would expect large pushages and large breakages there from now on

Ubuntu importing from Sid exclusively for about 6 years now, nothing from Testing

AFAIK, Google for their in-house gLinux OS importing from Testing. But they don't use Testing to semi-roll like you, nope . They just import (pick & rebuild) packages from Testing as a development base for their own stabilization process, upon which that OS became true - that is sort of Debian Stable or guarded testing scheme plus custom backports and in their control
