    There still is no sign of the long overdue X.Org Server 1.21 but the changes for it continue to build up particularly on the XWayland front...

    How hard is it for someone to go "right, this commit here is 1.21"? Some bug fixing on that will need to be done before a full release obviously but this is getting ridiculus

      X.org releases are every 1-2 years, they probably want to make sure everything they want for 1.21 is done before releasing it.

          They need to release something at least in the summer, so 1.21 can be ready for autumn distros.

                Please make a new release! There is quite a lot of important functionality that really holds back Wayland.
