vladpetric I - as well - think that Ruby is underrated! In my view, there are two things holding Ruby back; the performance and the notion of "Ruby is for web"[in the same sense as PHP is].

you see? it's impossible to make slow language fast by bolting jit on top, because jit which generates fast code is unbearably slow
