    XWayland is increasingly great shape especially when it comes to fulfilling the needs of gamers with simply running games lacking native Wayland support with great speed.           I find it amusing that people are running around claiming that the transition to Wayland is working as intended/there are no problems when Wayland and/or XWayland is missing basic user functionality such as touchpad gestures.
