Thanks Michael. I've OneAPI installed via dnf packagemanager on the new workstation I built up this summer. I'm currently writing Cuda Kernels for a moderately gnarly oprimization prolem I've been working on these past five years. I't going well, but I seem to be hitting RTX-4000 memory limits on large problems. But Ampere is pricey, and I look forward to your reviews of Intel's GPU products next year.

What about renting some time on a GPU cloud instance?
