      Good choice, this is big news. It's very interesting Intel acquired silicon-germanium (SiGe) semiconductor IP.
      SiGe is a direct bandgap semiconductor. Switching and clocks might be significantly faster on the same process node than silicon. And although some processes go ten times as fast, a tenfold multiplier for processor clocks might be a tad too optimistic.
      Maybe Intel could finally make that 20+GHz Pentium processor they thought they would make 20 years ago.
