AMD originally published the ISA documentation for the MI200 back in November but it seems to have gone unnoticed (including by me) while in February they went ahead and released a new version of that technical documentation...

True, but note that this is only the shader ISA docs.

AFAICT, they don't publish anything about the other hardware engines in their GPUs. I guess you'd have to reverse engineer that info from their driver sources. It's a lot easier with sources, no doubt, but still annoying that they haven't published such details about even very obsolete GPUs!
