I'm experiencing stuttering on VP9 videos on YouTube, using VA-API acceleration on Firefox, on a RX 6600. H264 and AV1 are fine tough.

Tried newer kernel, driver and Firefox Nightly, but the problem persists.

Anyone else having the same issue?

I don't use vaapi on firefox since it has always been a buggy mess for me, Have you tried watching in mpv to see if it's a firefox or underlying issue?

I tested it now on MPV and it happened too, so it appears to be VA-API related.

Oh well, back to the H264ify plugin...
