Same here. Can't run anything. All I get is:

winecfg
0214:err:winediag:nodrv_CreateWindow Application tried to create a window, but no driver could be loaded.
0214:err:winediag:nodrv_CreateWindow L"The explorer process failed to start."

Launching things from the q4wine does work however.
