      What on earth is "edge" ??? I'm 96.3% sure it does not mean the "microsoft edge".

        Probably means edge computing, although that itself has a somewhat variable definition. Think systems that are intended to accommodate local users responding to requests more directly than the central cloud servers, at an ISP for example, or a branch office.

          Will at least some of the models be priced for mere mortals ?
          AMD is marketing them just as tool for complex logic simulation, but it seems like could have plenty of other uses.
          With PC market size, it could also bring decent sized FPGA much closer to everyday use... 🙄
