Note: That Qt code is available (for example, anyone can see https://codereview.qt-project.org/q/Pick-to:+5.15 or https://codereview.qt-project.org/q/Pick-to:+6.5 ). That allows the existence of Qt5PatchCollection (https://community.kde.org/Qt5PatchCollection).

The latest Qt version (Qt 6.6) is available, is free/libre software with its source code, etc. and gets all the fixes.

Typo that says the opposite of what you mean:

"The Qt Company has not put Qt 6.5 LTS into its commercial-only phase with today's Qt 6.5.4 release." should be "now"
