    VMware's Keith Whitwell has mentioned on the Mesa3D development list that he plans to merge the new Intel i965 Gallium3D driver to Mesa's master repository. At the beginning of November this new Gallium3D driver emerged and was formed within the i965g-restart branch, which continues to frequently see new work on this Gallium3D driver.Keith's plans to merge the i965g driver to master isn't because this driver is complete or has reached any key milestones, but with most of the other early Gallium3D drivers being worked on within Mesa's master branch, he wants to do the same...

    I'm assuming this driver will work with 4 Series (G45, GM45, etc.) chisets?
