45 bugs left. And yea, the confined mouse issue has been deassigned, which is quite sad, but understandable.

      ??

I'm pretty sure there are a lot more bugs in wine.

those are bugs targeted for the 1.2 final release.

This means that they want those fixed for 1.2. But nothing is perfect....

That's the mouse warp bug (6971, isn't it?
Right now XI2 aren't really in a usable state for Wine to get rid of mouse warping hacks. IMHO some parts of Xorg need to be redesigned before that happens and that will take months and quite probably years.

Alexandre Julliard does the right thing when he doesn't hold up the wine 1.2 release waiting for Xorg to change. Don't forget that even if Xorg did a new release tomorrow there's still a bit of coding and testing before any XI2 can get into Wine-1.2.

That's even more sad... Hmm, but then it would be a good idea, as noted in the bug report, to have one general place for all the hacks that help to work around the issue for users. Since right now without any sort of workaround Wine is basically unusable for people who rely on Unreal Engines and other games using this input detection method.
