Phoronix: X.Org Server 1.11.1 Brings Two Brown-Bag Fixes

Jeremy Huddleston released xorg-server 1.11.1 a few hours ago. This release was done since two "brown-bag" issues were found in X.Org Server 1.11.0, which was released just one month ago...

    Errata

Due to two high-priority issues, this new release isn't coming six months after 1.11.0
You probably meant weeks not months, Michael.

    Diego

Well, I just some days ago found out that 3d's broken from all servers since 1.8.0 onwards with an xcb-less system. Apparently DRI 2.2 wasn't even tested with the normal libX11. Worked around that in 1.11 via forcing the server to say it supports dri 2.1 only; workaround appears to work for ati, but not for intel.

Of course, no bug report, since I can get nothing without asking too
