    but the "Precise Pangolin" was shipping with the older GCC 4.7 series release.

      Ok but, are they at least keeping OpenJDK6 in the repo?

        While I don't currently use Ubuntu, it's good to see they are able to push new things rather than stagnate. I'm glad to see Python 3 going forward here .
