    Speaking of Qt 5 and high-level languages, apparently there is a small burst of activity in QtD, after it was inactive for quite a while. If it gets Qt 5 support eventually, I will be very pleased indeed.

      Hell no, they're only adding more NIH. Did you hear they're now adding an entire 3d engine to Qt?
