This driver now officially supports Linux 3.12 and should work with non-Ubuntu distributions aswell. I also expect R9 290 improvements, but that is something for Michael to try.

The previous Catalyst have this funny error.

        Ubuntu/raring
        Ubuntu/source

to compile we need to use "Ubuntu/source"instead "Ubuntu/saucy"..

        It's correct now?

It does, but just for flying stealth craft. Works so well that you can't even tell the plane is there.

It's called open source radeon drivers. You should try it some time; works a lot better.

Yesterday I bought XFX R9 290, and tried both drivers (this one and previous), there is no noticeable difference in Sam3. Also, OpenGL driver build number is same in both drivers.
