    They will switch the day after Debian will complete the port, in order to be useless to the community as usual. No doubt.

            Upstart is great

            Upstart is a great piece of software praised for its quality.

            However, Canonicals stubbornness in require contributor license agreements (CLA) has made Upstart unwanted for adoption by other distributions.

            So now all distributions are adopting systemd instead.

            Upstart was technically great, but Canonical killed it.
