    Why Qt5.2? It was released like a year ago, now we have 5.4 and several point releases of 5.3.

      Looking at the Changelog it looks like a build fix for Qt 5.2 for some specific KDE Frameworks modules. Probably (just those modules) built with Qt 5.3, but not with Qt 5.2 in a previous Frameworks (5.4?) version:
      KDE today announces the release of KDE Frameworks 5.5.0. KDE Frameworks are 60 addon libraries to Qt which provide a wide variety of commonly needed functionality in mature, peer reviewed and well tested libraries with friendly licensing terms. For an introduction see the Frameworks 5.0 release announcement. This release is part of a series of planned monthly releases making improvements available to developers in a quick and predictable manner.
