      Well, let's see:
      -countless bugfixes
      -OSs: minix is now supported (elf | a.out), sysv4 is now supported, and a bunch of work on other OSs
      -arches: m68k; start of i86 port (from Alan Cox; while 1.1.0 only supports minix, cvs adds i86-none, and the goal is to use it for FUZIX, ELKS, and possibly a RetroBSD port to 8086); and lots of work on other arches.

      Since the release, there's been a bit of work on i86, some work resulting in the right dynamic linker getting specified when building with --target=*-linux-musl, and a couple other changes.
