This rc is good.
My system was completely locking up on 3.19 rc1 - rc3 under heavy load, i.e compiling a huge project, while being absolutely stable on 3.18.x under same load.
There was already a thread in LKML hunting down this bug, so I didn't consider necessary reporting it myself.

Now it's stable again.
