HOPEFULLY while he's at HP he can convince them to drop that blasted BIOS whitelist that blocks us from swapping out the WiFi cards in HP notebooks.

Is it just me, or has Intel been losing people and slowing down Mesa work recently? They were a huge driver in getting Mesa almost to 4.2, but the commit log on the GL3.txt file has been quiet since August last year.

Not sure.
Martin Peres is an independent 'nouveau' developer, but yesterday landed in mesa a patch from him with a @linux.intel.com email address... I guess he finished its studies and have been engaged by Intel. Just guessing.
