    i915 is now 3.11 on master.

      Well, 3.10 equivalence for Radeon is a great improvement. 3.10 was the first version of the Linux kernel to include UVD support for hardware-accelerated video playback.

      Once BSD gets to 3.11, that also will bring the first version of radeon dynamic power management.
