    GL3.txt is lying, ARB_shader_precision is already implemented for nc0.

        File a bug or notify a developer with a source, GL3.txt is updated manually.

              So Intel / AMD, it would look really nice on the PR front for Linux to advertise 4.2 across the board on all GPUs in time for Steam Machines launching. Just thought I'd mention the timing is appropriate.

                As tess require llvm 3.7 and GL 4 will require llvm 3.8... i guess spring 2016. distros will have GL 4
