                Well I have nothing to monitor power management can anyone tell me how to see the clocks that my card is running?

                  Run some GPU benchmark like Unigine Valley for example under:

                  GALLIUM_HUD=shader-clock+memory-clock ./valley
                  Once you have DPM/reclocking those numbers will be max higher, right there that they should be
