I hope GCC's libgomp has fixed a strange problem it had in gcc 4.9 where sometimes nested tasks would never get to execute in the main thread, which waits idle in the nested barrier, like in this stackoverflow thread: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2...-and-gcc-4-9-1 and this other thread: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2...xecuting-tasks
