    According to the spec it will always choose the first of a list if multiple dnd actions are possible. I hope that can be overriden. I prefer KDE's system of asking the user when the choice is ambigious, instead of the Windows approach of doing something random by default.

      compositor shall no longer be able to induce a different action.

      So it's - like the name suggests - only a preferred action not the one that's forced to execute.
      The client can still show a context menu and let the user decide what action should be executed.
