Too bad Canonical seemingly hasn't enabled PowerPlay Support for newest AMD Graphics Adapters in their Mainline Builds...

They also have really half-baked low latency tuning in their kernel configs. So I got idea I'm better off with my self-built kernels, where I do not stick to stupid half-way-there settings like Canonical does. Sorry, Canonical, but your kernel team isn't exactly best in bringing good user experience to users, etc. And when it comes to AMD GPUs, ubuntu's overall system integration work is well below the floor. Uhm, they failed to showcase us OpenGL 4.1 in MESA even in 15.10. Even if MESA and LLVM release timings were okay for their schedules. Why it sounds like FAIL?
