Phoronix: Benchmarks That Intel's Beignet OpenCL Compute Stack Can Handle

While it doesn't yet support OpenGL 2.0/2.1, Intel Open Source Technology Center's Beignet doesn't really get the attention it deserves and sadly isn't shipping out-of-the-box on most Linux distributions...

No problem, thanks for the article. Would a followup that compares these results to a relatively recent set of benches from an AMD integrated graphics part be possible?

Still latest 'stable' version of Beignet doesn't work with llvm-3.7 while 3.8 is almost out. Nobody will ever use it if they don't solve such issues.

Still so much attention to these skylake CPUs while my Devil's Canyon 4790K yet in many tests most powerful of LGA 115x series put aside like legacy stuff :-O

Nope, if I recall correctly, of those tests, only clpeak can run on AMD Clover right now.

Clover is useless so no need to benchmark it.

AFAIK Intel iGPUs do not provide FP64 support, is this still correct nowadays?
