Development stuff: Put generic and useless summary.

The rsync:// transport has been removed, but nobody noticed about it was broken in many ways.

I miss someone is able to implement the GitTorrent approach in a very solid and multiplatform way. It could be very interesting for different approach, including anti-censoring methods and infrastructures with low bandwidth
