No it didn't - it hit the kde-unstable repository. Testing is still the latest stable 5.5 release.

Alpha is usually at least 2 months away from RC, and like 4 from Final.

5.6 final will hopefully be released in the middle of this month, "only" like 3.5 months behind schedule. Not overly happy with Qt development, always late, long standing highly voted issues remain unsolved, new issues pop out, deployment tools are broken, static linking for QML is broken, LGPL use is murky to say the least.

At any rate, even if developed in parallel, Qt 5.7 ain't coming out soon. It will be a miracle if it comes out by June.
