    So the existence of neon have gotten all these distros to suddenly care about providing ways to get the latest KDE packages. Maybe not a "win" for neon but definitely a win for KDE.

      Fedora KDE SIG has always provided beta previews (we might have missed one or two due to lack of time) of upcoming Plasma 5 releases, Neon has nothing to do with this. It's obviously good for KDE (more early testers), but it's also important for Fedora because we can properly test and tune our packaging before we ship it to all users.

        i think the problem is the kde, kde 5.4 is a bug, the distro makers are trying to push the new version because of many bugs
