    Hi,

It would be nice with some sort of round-up on the status of the various open source ARM gpu drivers (etnaviv, mali/lima, bcm, powervr ...). There does not seem to be a mesamatrix, radeonfeature or equivalent for these. Maybe that could be an article - maybe also with some hands-on testing.

    Thanks

I agree, and that goes for all drivers not just these ARM ones.

only vc4 and freedreno are in mesa. vc4 hardware is not gl3 capable, so it has no place in gl3.txt. since it has few features, it should be most feature-complete. freedreno is shown here https://people.freedesktop.org/~imir...o/glxinfo.html
etnaviv is working its way into upstream, others probably not

Practically speaking, Freedreno offers support for the best performing hardware while Etnaviv and bcm offers support for popular hardware in the industrial\embedded(i.MX 6) and hobbyists(RasPi) devices. Lima isn't actively developed last time I checked. PowerVR is a special case so unless you know a very specific device works, it's otherwise irrelevant.
