I can't find any mention of improved ARM support. :/

Maybe the ARM port is a lower tier and the ARM work 5.9 isn't done yet? There's some ARM work for 5.8.

Can phoronix do some benchmarks with FreeBSD 10.3 and OpenBSD 5.9. Just wondering if things have changed much over the years.

Haha, perhaps Fedora should learn releasing on time from the OpenBSD guys.

Michael did a benchmark not too long ago with 5.8: http://www.phoronix.com/vr.php?view=22703

However, 5.9 should perform much better because they made quite some progress on the smp front. Grep for 'mp-save' on http://www.openbsd.org/plus59.html

Any guesses as to why did they released it one month earlier?
Do the devs need a longer release cycle for some new feature?
Or is it just a result of shorter build-times caused by the killing of VAX?

Huh? OpenBSD is time based release. Fedora is NOT.

I am referring to the news of Fedora getting delayed every damn release.

Yes, because Fedora prioritizes fixing blocker bugs over releasing on a fixed schedule. Why is this a problem?

Does 5.9 contain a usable AMD video driver?
